I prefer Legacy Audio Whispers.
Another good choice...about the same price when new!

There is nothing deep down inside us that can't be fixed by a new camera.
Except a pair of MartinLogan CLX electrostatic panel speakers....
The time when I most often use the histogram is when I don't want to blow the highlights AND anticipate that I will have to be opening some deep shadows in post. In this case, I'm pushing the histogram all the way (but not past) the right end.
I use the Rokinon (Samyang) 14mm f2.8 which is its wider but slightly slower brother. Like yours, it's highly rated for astrophotography, but you must have a good copy. I returned my first one right away because of coma. The second copy is excellent - good to all corners. Many others have had the same experience, some even on their third one. So I would suggest you return it...it'll be worth it!
Just the facts, folks: Programmed auto mode (P), as it's called in most newer Nikons (like my D850), presents a suggested combination of aperture and shutter speed. By rotating the main command dial while the exposure meters are on (they call it "flexible program"), you can change this combination while maintaining the same exposure. If you do change the suggested combination, the P changes to P* in the control panel. If you want to return to the camera's suggested settings and perhaps don't recall what they were, you rotate the command dial until the display returns to just plain P.
Nikon recommends the P mode "for snapshots and in other situations in which there is little time to adjust camera settings".
Here's one that hasn't been mentioned. If you have very large files to send, regardless of type, a new service is Firefox Send. Two file size limits: if you and the recipient have a Firefox account (or you each set one up), you can send up to 2.5gb. Or, you can send up to 1gb without either party having an account. Either way, you upload the file(s), it establishes a link which you copy and send to the recipient by email, text, etc. Prior to sending the link, you can password protect or not, establish an expiration period or a number of times the file(s) may be downloaded. Notably, you can use ANY browser. https://send.firefox.com
I have had this lens for about 15 years and am constantly amazed at how sharp it is. Very fast auto focus, too.
I just purchased the Sigma 150-600 Contemporary Lens for Nikon (on sale today at Adorama for $649!!). For now, I'm not ordering the dock. I know the it's necessary for lens firmware updates, but I'd like to ask UHH-ers who have this lens paired with a D850 and have found lens calibration to be necessary or not. If the yays outpace the nays, I will order the dock. Thanks!

I suspect a lot (not all) of those who are financially able to purchase this lens are doing so as an investment.

Knowing you may have this problem, the simple solution is to shoot wider!

....as a photographer, what else would you like to have in Photoshop?
Let's say I'm working on two or more photos that I've loaded into PS, each one on its own tab. When individually saving them one after another, I'm frustrated that I have to drill down to the same save location for each one. Unless I'm missing something, I'd like to see PS remember where the previous one was saved.
