I have no intention of upgrading either. At One time I had all of the Topaz plugins, But Now I really only use Denoise AI, but Have not upgraded it yet. I will either wait till a sale or till the time when My Mac OS no longer supports it..Or if the one fromon1 gets a lot better

I would try contacting Nicole young. I am sorry that I don't have her link. Her web site is called Nicolesy, and When Luminar 3 was current and I wanted to learn it, I paid for her book, which I was able to download. I found it very helpful

I love using Payboo. When I buy a camera, computer etc, the sales tax of 8.5% that we pay sure can add up. This way B&H pays it for me, so it is a win-win. Besides I have used B&H for years for so many things and have always been happy with their service.Even when I had a problem
, it was taken care of to my satisfaction.

I use the payboo account and when I returned an apple watch, I asked B&H about getting a check, but they said it had to be credited to Payboo. The money was credited to payboo, and when I went on line and talked to a robot, a check for the full amount was sent to me

I, Too, Have dealt with B&H for years, and not just for my cameras. I recently had an Apple watch that just was not accurate. They took it back and refunded my money after my having it a bit over 3 weeks.If I needed anything now, I would order at B&H and just wait for the delivery.Deliveries are slow all over due to incresed on line ordering

I am surprised that topaz didn't do this sooner. They always said that you would never have to pay for an upgrade, But a company is in business to make money, or it goes under. Sooner or later this had to happen, or IMHO Topaz would have been in the red. As for me, I own most of the apps they make, just have not used any in months. I never even liked the stuio2, just keep on using the original studio, as it felt to be more of a photography tool whereas, IMHO studio 2 seems more for digital artists.

I find tat I can do so much in Luminar 4 that I have not used anything else in months.

I do understand why people are upset though, as they thought they would get free upgrades forever

I liked it very much when I used it. I even updated 3 versions, But some of the things they added were of no interest or use for me.Their tech support is the best.! If I asked a question in the morning, I usually got an answer back in 30 minutes. It does have quite a learning curve though. I bought a book on Amazon that was USELESS! Just by watching all their videos and reading what tech support had written, I learned a lot. I also had a friend who knew how to use it very well..and that helped

I am happy with it, although I do see some areas where it could improve, such as speeding up the export, and perhaps tweaking the workspace. However, I do have to say that it does a fine job or processing all my raw files, and next year, I most likely will not be updating on1.

In the past I was a big user of photoshop and LR till it went the subscription route, and I also then tried capture1. Since Luminar 4 came out, that is pretty much the only one I have used, although I do see sometimes using some of topaz, as I own them

I do Not subscribe. Right now I am using luminar4, although I I also have on1, and topaz studio

I had been a long time POS user , starting with 4. , which was about 1996, I guess, I also had 3. After CS6, I decided that I would not subscribe to PS cc. I also used Lightroom for years, until it also went the subscription route.

I use Printique, which is the new name for Adorama Pix. If you get on their mailing list, You will see when they have sales. I save up what I want printed and then upload to their site when they have a sale. I have been very happy with them

I switched from Nikon to the EM1M2 about 2 and a half years ago when it first came out. Carrying my Nikon cameras and heavy lenses were causing me a lot of pain. I was 75 then. I shoot a lot of wildlife, and nature. I use the EM1 M2 just for that. I also bought the EM1 from a friend and I use that for, landscapes, Flowers etc. I recently bought the pen F, and I use that for candids. I find that the picture quality is excellent, and because of the light weight, no more pain while shooting for hours. The menus are complex, and the terminology was very different from that of my Nikons.Once you get a handle on the menus, and the important things to choose are all in that super panel, You will love the EM1M2. Do I miss my nikons. NO!!, and I had very good one, the D810, the D3, and the D700

I have shopped Roberts for many years, using their on line dept. I have also purchased a few things from their used dept, as well as selling them all my Nikon gear that my friends didn't buy. I always got wonderful and friendly service.

I had emailed Spyder quite a while ago about this and they said there would be an upgrade in time. We shall see. The new Mac OS will be out in less than 2 months, and I am hoping to see an upgrade before then

I had the same problem till I realized that it wanted the serial number of Luminar 2018. I put that in, and the order went through
