Has any,one used Luminar 4? If so, what are your thoughts?
Very happy with it. Use it as my main post process most of the time. It does most of what I want in an app.
May this year replace my tried-and-true Post Program, Nikon NX-Capture, with Luminar 4. Still learning but, so far, shows much promise.
I am happy with it, although I do see some areas where it could improve, such as speeding up the export, and perhaps tweaking the workspace. However, I do have to say that it does a fine job or processing all my raw files, and next year, I most likely will not be updating on1.
In the past I was a big user of photoshop and LR till it went the subscription route, and I also then tried capture1. Since Luminar 4 came out, that is pretty much the only one I have used, although I do see sometimes using some of topaz, as I own them

How did you like Capture One? I’m using Luminar 4, and thinking of going to Capture One. I’ve read where it does a better job processing Fuji files. Will do a trial first.
I liked it very much when I used it. I even updated 3 versions, But some of the things they added were of no interest or use for me.Their tech support is the best.! If I asked a question in the morning, I usually got an answer back in 30 minutes. It does have quite a learning curve though. I bought a book on Amazon that was USELESS! Just by watching all their videos and reading what tech support had written, I learned a lot. I also had a friend who knew how to use it very well..and that helped

I've been using Luminar since version 1 and I think V4 is the best by far. A bit sluggish on my aging macbook but very nice to use on my new iMac. I like the new user interface too and the sky replacement is the best I've seen. Luminar will do almost everything you'll ever need although I use DXO Photolab for perspective adjustment as needed.
I use it and very happy with it. Jim Nix has excellent videos on it.

You can get a version of capture1 for Fuji free. Try that.
I have been using Luminar 3 and now Luminar 4 for almost a year as my post processing tool. I am very satisfied with it. I am not a professional, so the occasional need to restart the program does not create any problems for me. The tutorial on ThinkTapLearn has been very useful in learning the various tools available.
You can get a free trial with Luminar. You should download it and try it out for yourself
I have it and use it as an extension of LR. Use sky replacement tool often and enjoy their presets

I have used versions 3 and 4 and find they do the limited processing I like to do. However, the scroll bars are to narrow (win 10 pro) making it difficult to navigate the libraries and the looks. I contacted tech support and they were very responsive but did not have a solution or a schedule for a fix. They seemed to think this was a new feature rather than just an operational enhancement and told me they received this complaint a lot. This problem makes the product more trouble than it is worth for me and I will not upgrade unless this is fixed.
I went into the registry and changed the scroll bar widths and it changed them on all my other apps with scroll bars but not Luminar. It seems like this would be a simple fix for a programmer with knowledge of how a program works in Windows on a PC. It would be good to hear if other people have a problem with the scroll bar widths and if so is there a solution.
