Looks like you got to some interesting locals. My favorite
place is Santiago Centro. I had an apartment on Santo Domingo
not far from the Plaza de Armas. I wish I was back there now.

I wish you would include the text. It would help in
getting a better understanding. Also, I'm half deaf.

Interesting national geographic article. In particular, see the short video midway through the article.

Genius. I remember reading Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail as they were serialized in Rolling Stone. He was wild, crazy, and drug-addled, but brilliantly insightful.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas was our bible in my college geology department. Great book.

Rpavich, you are preaching to the choir.
To the vast majority of learned, reasonably educated people, your ideas come across as some what nutty.

This subject is gaining traction with the content being published in
numerous places. This is the most comprehensive of the articles I've
seen.

If this event didn't happen, we would not have evolved. The Earth would
probably be better off, but no people.

I think this is a perfect example of how effective black and white photography can be. If this had been in color it would have been just one of many thousands of pictures Zion national canyon. This stands out with its varying contrast and tonal ranges.

I've had the Fat Tire, Dogfish and Lagunitas. All good beers/ales.
Often, the craft brewed beers have a limited distribution and can't
be found nationally. I go to a market just outside of DC in Maryland
that has a very large selection of craft brews as well as 16 beers on
tap. A great place to shop and sample.

Your dinner looks completely yummy. Too bad there is a major recall on avocados. Listeria contamination. I would take the chance with your great meal. The steak is perfectly prepared. Hope you enjoyed it.

it was a limited recall that did not affect Washington DC or the whole foods in Washington. And I feel fine.

Where's the beer?

The beer is there; an amber ale.
