A few years ago, after coming into money unexpectedly, I bought a bunch of lenses on Amazon new for my 5D3. The majority of them ended up hardly ever used. I recently switched to mirrorless, bought a Canon R5 with RF lenses, and sold most of my EF lenses through Craigslist, where the buyers stopped by to pick them up. This lens is not a 9+, but in as new condition, since I only used it a few times indoors when I first bought it, and it was stored the rest of the time. It is version 1.

Today I received my order of eight 16x24 prints from Nations Photo Lab, and as usual, they were of excellent quality. However, one of them was cropped way smaller than what I had intended. I left a message on their comment chat line. In less than three hours, Christina had replied, offering to reprint the image with my intended (no crop) size, and at NO COST to me. You really can't ask for any better customer service than that. That's why Nations Photo Lab has been my go-to printing service for several years.

I had 2 companies cancelling my orders during this Black Friday and Cyber Monday, OMD Solutions (formerly Olympus) and Borrowlenses.com. Olympus/OMD Solutions did not provide an explanation, refunded my money and end of story.
Borrowlenses was selling (not renting), the Nikon Fc brand new with a $250 discount! Well they sent me an email stating it was a mistake on their website and the camera was not for sale!

Should I report both to the Better Business Bureau or just relax since my money was refunded in both cases ?

On the other hand, B&H Photo, Amazon & Crutchfield delivered their order super fast. Kudos to them, these are reliable companies.
