Sound advice from the Triad region of No Cack! I think I'll find me an old(ish) card and opt for fix #2.
(I'd opt for #1 but, you know, the gas thing... and the fact there will be enough "ijits" on the road without some old far.. er, "classic" person driving around with a SD card taped to his "tar")
