I prefer a usb cable. I don't like pulling my cards in and out all the time.
I have 4 tamrons, all zooms and all G2's. I tried a 45mm prime and having zoom for so long didn't I didn't use it too much.
Definitely Glen Coe. A gloomy damp day would best reflect the history of what happened there. There is so much history and scenery in Scotland there's no uninteresting place. I have been 4 times and love it there. By the way the best way to get the most of your visit is too rent a car and stay in a B and B. You get to see the people and level not found in a hotel. I stayed in a B and B on Sykes and after coming back from dinner we saw the owner in a field with his sheep dog speaking to the dog in galiec. Enjoy your visit you'll love every. minute.
I cannot comment directly on the 18-270. But I have 4 other Tamrons all the G2 version and am delighted with each one.
Don't about vendors, but I have theTamron lens and love it. I got mine thru Amazon a authorized Tamron dealer.
Your lucky you don't have an all drive car, then Youd need 4 tires.
My wife and I also have acorn and can watch Midsomer when ever. Before that had to use PBS. Haven't looked back.
Amazon if your already a prime member. If not no free shipping.
Touche I have 4 Tamron lens and couple on no name batteries that I use with my D850. I'm happy and that's what counts. And besides the results speak for themselves. Another point Tamrons are warranted for 6years, Nikon's 1.
Try batteries from a company called small rig,
She's got the strap too high up.
Not to belittle your service and courage, as a former USAF C-141a crew member (loadmaster) why would any one jump out of a perfectly good airplane.
I just bought a set of en-el 15 by a company called Smallrig thru Amazon. About $36 for 2 batt and a USB charger. It has a built in usb- male plug or you can use a usb-c one. They are 2100 amphr and have the chip for Nikon cameras. My D850 would not take other 3rd parties. So far so good.
