While it is extremely important to follow the directions, the camera is not going to electrocute you or remove your fingers. So pay attention and use care, but don't hyperventilate over this.

Pretty sure the worst case would be failure to update.
And...you just start over. ☺

Ahhh - didn't see that he was having a problem. Been there, done that.
They sent a link for the cleaner (don't remember what it was); but, there was one file they said to keep (don't remember that either).

Luminar 4 - my experiences both good and bad

Photo printer recommendation

For the moment, most Canon printers (probably others also) seem to be out of stock/on backorder. So, take your time, do the research. If you have the space and budget for two, go for it. Using a photo printer for documents is overkill; avoid it if you can.
