After shoveling and plowing about 19 inches of new snow at the house, we took off for a drive up the North Fork road. This road runs from Columbia Falls Mt to the Canada border along the north side of Glacier National Park.

It sure is beautiful drive!

I love your world and thanks for sharing the beautiful photos of it.

Wow! Nice photo. The wheels look so fragile for the weight they carry. Also I notice they have different amounts of counterweight cast into them. How did they know how much to cast into each wheel? Maybe due to the position of the connecting rods?

I'm thinking it's the same guy that built this one.

Thank You everyone for all the different replies.
I've now got tickets for my wife and I to attend one in Tucson. She used to teach English in Taiwan years ago and speaks enough Mandarin Chinese to get us thrown out of the concert hall. I'll just say don't know that crazy lady.

Many β€˜Amazon items come from outside suppliers and they are the ones that delay the shipping time. I live near your address and lately I have been purchasing accessories for my new camera, some items arrived on time but the ones from camera vendors they often are not on time. eBay is worse especially the vendors from China.

I'm my case the third party vendor turned it over the next day to the USPS. I guess I shouldn't complain due to the fact it arrived 6 days earlier than their earliest expected arrival date.

Very informative. Now I know exactly where it is.

Well it's expected delivery dates of January 23-26 was way wrongness it showed up yesterday. By the way it was a piece of photography equipment, thus my convoluted reasoning for where I originally posted it.

Watch out for 'Mud Season' April-May, that's in the high country.

Mud season is worse than winter. At least you can ski on snow.

The sign says it's a '64 Pete, but I'll bet you've never seen one like this pulling a Target trailer down I-40...

Seen in Lake Havasu, Arizona.

Yeah and it sounds just as awesome as it looks. The first time I saw it, it was in primer. Lake Havasu is one of the best Gear Head towns there is.

I saw a version of this about twenty years ago in Beijing and it was fabulous. The most amazing thing to me was when they got about 18 or 20 people on a small bicycle that was riding in circles on the stage. I'm sure there are various versions of the performances but it would be very enjoyable for children of all ages.

BTW, the second most amazing thing was how the exiting crowd would tolerate the friendly and thoughtful police striking people with long wooden rods to keep the crowd moving down the street so the theater could be emptied more quickly. But, overall a tremendous performance.

What or who is Shen Yun?

They perform a Chinese Ballet/Dance/Acrobat routine is my take on it. Something they used to do in China before Communism took over. Google it, it's quite interesting.
