There has been water flouriderisation in my part of the UK since the late 1960s. All the evidence in over 50 years is that the advantages far out weigh any disadvantages, of which in the real world (my world here) there are none.
There will always be the skeptics who scaremonger about anything and whom will rant and rave about them, and of course there are always those ignorant enough to believe them.
In any case fluoride has occurred naturally in many water supplies at higher levels than ours for centuries and there is no evidence to indicate there has been a significantly detrimental effect to anyone, whilst at the same time plenty to prove the benefits.

I feel there may be a significant difference in law between the word 'produced' in the contract you signed and the word 'taken' that does not appear in the contract. I would contend that you can 'take' photographs that are ultimately not 'produced' for the project and use these as you wish. I am wondering if the contract was so loosely worded so that the authority only seeks to control the part of your work submitted rather than all if it.

Did you ever shoot slide film? if so, did you "post process" them?
Whats that got to do with this topic Racmanaz. I used to shoot thousands of slides and ditched hundreds of them as there was no way to make them acceptable for presentation.

I will check out that swirling water, toilet flushing theory myself. Leaving for NZ on Saturday.
Water going down sink plugs definitely circles the opposite way in the Southern Hemisphere to what it does in the Northern Hemisphere. We see this every day in South Africa. However the same cannot be said of toilet flushes. This depends on the way the cistern has been designed. The water will always swirl in the way the design makes it turn and the influence of being in either the Northern or Southern Hemisphere is not strong enough to alter the direction.

That is just NWO time and soon all will be acclimated or punished under Shite-rear law. Besides it only takes about 2 weeks to figure out bed and wake up times again.
The question remains however. Does this effect the birds and the bees ?
Only the ones with watches!

I listened to a radio interview with former US President George W Bush this morning. When asked for his thoughts on The Ukraine, he said he thought it was the best piece of heavy lifting equipment he'd ever seen.

Having lost something once and then found it, I remarked, "Why do you always find things in the last place you look?" My wife replied, "Because once you've found it, you stop looking."

We, the USA as a nation, have only been around been around for a couple of hundred years; where as several other nations have been around for many more years and some others are just starting.

It also seems that the various paths, meandering, and pathologies that humans experience during their lives; nations seem to, in some part, experience.

Applying an analogy of national maturity to human maturity lead me to the following:

IF you equate the national timelines to the timelines of a human life, THEN it seems the USA is still in the adolescent stage of life where some nations have made it to a more mature stage and other nations are in their infancy.

Just a thought and this idea is not totally flushed out, but maybe it will provide some food for thought and dialog.
We, the USA as a nation, have only been around bee... (show quote)

Perhaps some may be in advanced stages of old age too

Interestingly Americans seem to have, in turn been scared by infiltration of the Irish, the Italians, the Jews, the Blacks, the Latinos and now the Muslims. I wonder who next will become the fall guys. It seems only the Pilgrim Fathers managed to infiltrate the country without creating mindless fear.

You sound just like the bloke in the rental shop Zophman. However despite all your exhortations, Hertz totally failed to help me and Avis did. Anyway lighten up a bit, this was a fun story about the juxtaposition of a bloke over-singing the praises of an outfit, only to have them dashed by what happened next. It was not a piece about the clinical evaluation of two rental companies. However, since you raise it, I was in Georgia recently and the car that Hertz rented me at Atlanta airport turned out to be the biggest piece of junk imaginable and I had to fight desperately to get a refund and compensation for my damaged golf bag, torn by sharp edges of metal inside the trunk.

Yesterday I called in at the Hertz car rental office in Stellenbosch to enquire about a car rental. As I walked in there was a very gregarious American guy from Chicago returning a car. He wanted to shake the hand of all the staff exclaiming that this was the best rental outlet he had ever used anywhere in the Wirld and there was clearly nothing they could not do for their customers. I had to wait while he went on and on. He even began to tell me how good they were. Eventually there was a lull in his praise and a representative asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted a four wheel drive vehicle for a trip to Namibia. He apologised and said the company could not provide such a vehicle for this purpose. Stunned silence from the American. I just looked at him and walked out. Thank goodness for Avis who do have such vehicles.

I recently needed help with some software and the helpline was answered by an American in the USA. I could not understand his accent or dialect well and his attempts to solve the issue failed. His supervisor was no better either. On balance I've had much more success with helplines served by India and surrounding countries.
