1949 Special. My grandfather had one. At 115,000 miles it was running rough and I asked him when he had changed plugs and points (usually every 3,000 mile maintenance), He said he never had. At 130,000 miles the Dynaflow transmission went out so he traded for a new 1953 Special-straight shift. I asked why a straight shift?
Seems the Dynaflow gave too much trouble. He started off in 2nd and then high or he woukd start in low and then high. Very bad on clutches.
Blue Bell comes in half gallons. The vanilla is so rich it reminds me of the old ice cream cones of years ago. I insist on having sugar sugar wafer cookies to eat with it. They have one that is called cone ice cream a novelty but not up to plain old vanilla.
After a summer storm I came home to our big hound cuddling one between his paws. We took it in and raised it on dog food and Mealy worms. Finally built a pen outside. It got large enough to fly but I could go outside and hold up dog food and it would come sit on my shoulder to eat. That went on until one day she came in with a male robin following. She ate and left. Never say he again.

I have to use Google for some photos never for searching. I have had Edge at Microsoft's insistence but never used it. I have and have used Bing only after
deleting Edge. No problem to get rid of and Microsoft did an upgrade last night and no Edge.

When Charter email was changed to Spectrum they thoroughly screwed it up. Then they add a place called comments that no one ever reads. It is different than any I have ever used in functionality including Gmail, Outlook, local phone company.
I had an item that came USPS. Didn't fit. They gave me a return by UPS. The nearest UPS store is 32 miles one way. It could not be picked up. They didn't like info I provided. Another 64 miles round trip. I no longer owe Amazon $125.00 per year. I will use Walmart. At least the returns are 3 miles one way.
I have been reading about the secrecy the US government imposed on the outbreak of 1918. The things not said created a panic. Newspapers said no problem and dead piling up. I had a new 1964 Impala. Great ride. In 1972 at low mileage it was t-boned and totaled when my son was with me. Insurance would only pay $800.00 to replace. Luckily my son's doctor told me he would not release my son until insurance paid enough on his care to make up for replacement cost. He had been through same ordeal.
