Yes totally interesting. I was just confused by the wording " Switzerland/Germany Border"
What a great picture. But that part of Germany is far from the Swiss border, it is closer to Berlin than Zurich.
The city of Kuşadası (Bird Island) is located on the southwest coast of Turkey, on the Aegean Sea, 90 km from Izmir and 18 km from Ephesus. The area surrounding Kuşadası was first settled around 3000 BC by the Lelegians and Carians. The land was fertile for growing grapes, olives and figs. Its harbor made it an important part of trade routes, and became even more valuable when nearby Ephesus’s harbor was no longer usable due to the course of the Caystros River changing. With such a desirable location, Kuşadası underwent many invasions and changes in dominating forces through the years, among them the Persians, Romans, Byzantines, Genoese, Venetians, and Ottomans.

I find it interesting that any time there isn’t enough gas to go around, oil companies make record profits. Wouldn’t you think that if lack of supply is truly the problem, their income would be down because they have less product to sell?
This has happened repeatedly over the years. They claim that they need those profits to go find more oil, but invariably the next shortage is just around the corner. Considering they can make more money selling less product, surely they wouldn’t be manufacturing the shortage would they?

Funny, I find it interesting that in 2017 - 2020 the oil companies also made Record Profits but the cost of fuel was around $2.00, I wonder what changed?
