The left slings mud and Limbaugh and Fox cause they have no record for Obama to run on. Start talking fact and back them up and not just talk. I do not believe everything I here but check the facts. If Obama was for the people then he would tell us what he has done for jobs and the debt. OH! He can't, can he?

Edit: If the left changes the subject then maybe the voters will not realize that Obama is a failed president. Worse then Carter!

Next time anyone says something on TV speech or an ad, check it out on factcheck.com . Obama's lawyers told the court it was a tax. Check it out.

Th president is a lier and half truth teller. Just because he says it does not make it true. He said the health care bill was not a tax but it is. Want me to go on. Hire an inexperienced person for the job and what do you get? Obama! Half of what he espouses is his idea and not what anyone else actually said. Palose said last night that my Ins. will go down but I had an increase of $400 a month 6 months ago and they told me it was due to the health bill. Got a letter last week that when other parts go into effect I should see about a $450 increase. We can't afford 4 more years of Obama. He just gave the middle class a tax hike (Which he told on TV that it was not a tax) and there is more to come. Someone here said look at all issues so do so and realize all the information ABC, NBC and CBS have kept from you or be a Lemming and follow Obama to the poor house. All he does is spend and who is going to pay for it when He wants to give everyone a free lunch. He won't run on his record because he has no record. He can't blame Bush after he had control of the Congress for two years.

I dare anyone here to show me what he has done. Back up what you say with real fact. Not hearsay or something from either the DNC or GOP.

It is sad that no matter how bad it gets and how much damage he does that the uninformed will still vote for Obama.

I purchased a Canon XT used and love it. My problem is how do I download the card to my W/7 laptop? I downloaded the software from Canon but it will not retrieve my pictures. Is there a way to hook my cable to the computer and retreive the info on the card?

I purchased a $200 P&S Nikon New off E-Bay last sept for my wife for Xmas from Cameta(sp) at $40 as a discontinued camera. When she opened it at Xmas the latch on the battery door was broke. (It was now out of their war.) I called and they said they could not refund but would replace. That was good enough for me. She loves the replacement and gets great photos of the grandkids. OH! They were out of that model and sent me the upgrade. I will buy new (If I ever do again) from them.

Purchased a used Canon Rebel XT W/22-55 and Tamron 70-300, 3 batteries and wall charger, filters, light meter, manuals, computor cord, card reader, all caps and 2 8gig memory cards.Purchased for $197 off ebay.
I took the old removeable compartment 6 pocket shoulder bag I had from an old Canon t50 I never used and was all set.

I then took a very well padded school backpack my granddaughter was going to through out(like new)and fashioned a velcroed pocket in one compartment and then I have a bag for vacation etc...

When you are on SS and would like to go digital you don't care about looks as much as price and function.

I am new at this and a photog friend mentioned all the above and then said "Know your camera by reading the manual to the point it becomes dog eared" then "Put it on auto and shoot and shoot and shoot and s...!" I said, how about all the settings and he said "WHY" I got it! He ment to shoot auto until I was comfortable with my camera and could learn how to shoot or set up a shot. Later he told me that most people make it harder then it needs to be and cameras today are so good(even in PAS)that sometimes you can't do better then auto.

SD's and flash drives have a charge and if for some reason the charge is lost the drives become worthless and you loose all that was on them. This advice is from a Mfg.

One point to make is if you start with GIMP or the like you may find it all you need and save yourself all the cost and time of PS. Most photographers may never need all that and a simple program may do. If you own one of the newer DC, software comes with the camera and may also be all you need.

Adobe is a money tree. I am in the screenprint business and use Corel. Why? Less costly and fewer upgrades(that cost less then or are free compared to PS).Pluss easier to learn. Got PS6 and found it way to big of a learning curve. If you want PS, so be it but don't down me for not agreeing with you and you better figure in a class at your local JR College. The teacher who has the PS class at the college is my neighbor. She has learned GIMP and now says the college will not offer a class in GIMP because it is easier and much cheaper than PS. No profit do to the Youtube and online support of GIMP. PS requires 4 semesters to get you up and running or many hrs. of research and study. She says it is best for a beginner to GIMP first to see if they want to invest in PS. She find no problem investing time and money in PS but most get lost in the process and spend all that and never complete their PP education.
From her advice I downloaded GIMP and for $15 purchased Corel PSPx3 on Ebay and if I become a pro maybe I will look into PS on down the road.

Find what is best for you on the cheap first!

For what you have been through lately I can not believe people want you do donate.

Depends weather you want to show for the $50 or just enjoy it for the now.

For the now a bottle of wine or chocolates or flowers or dinner etc...

For the long run maybe some jewelry or some thing to remind you of this time in your life.
