Every time I think I have enough stuff, that box of dollar coins I keep filling says something like "Psst. Hey Mikey, lets go to the store."

my solution was to make it into an art...now i can relax and just use what i've got because i can't afford to keep it as a hobby.

If I'm truly honest with myself, I've got all that I need, but there is always something I want.

That's where sites like The Hog come in. I can learn alternate ways of accomplishing the same thing without having to get out the debit card and surfing the photo porn sites. And I'm not referring to nudie websites! LOL

Randymo is wise and insightful.
Oh, by the way, oce you have collected suffieicnt" gear, you can begin looking for "more productive venues" like umm Alaska, or mebbe Asia.
An RV to haul around your priceless menagerie.
Wanderlust plus camera gear = NIRVANA.

Umm anyone look at the new D1X yet? mebbe that will drive the price of a 1ds mark 3, one can hope.
Must be time to sell the 40D and 50D.

it's like anything else how much do you want to spend. I personally like landscapes and the outdoors. I need to travel to photograph things I prefer. That is where it gets expensive. But I am looking at the new Nikon camers
