Occupaion: Radio Personality Interests: Photography & travel Biography: I'm an longtime student of various media arts. I've worked in radio since my teens and began taking photos even earlier. My first non-point & shoot camera was a Pentax K1000 which I used to shoot mainly b&w that I processed in my own darkroom.

After college I drifted away from the hobby because I had no place to set up a darkroom and paying for film & processing was too expensive. I started taking pictures again in 2009 with my cell phone and progressed to a Canon point & shoot that was given to my Dad as a birthday present (I had to learn how to use it so I could show him how to operate it LOL). Within 6 months I bought my first DSLR, a Nikon D3000.

I'm still using the Nikon and will for the time being. I may upgrade sometime in the future so that I can shoot video, but for now I'm very happy with my D3000. I am planning on getting a prime lens or two. Website: http://www.flickr.com/photos/37034730@N00/
