In the spirit of this debate I have a question. If Newt Ginrich established a colony on the moon but the moon was not an official US State or territory. Would someone who was born there with at least one parent being a United States Citizen be allowed to run for President?

What an interesting story. Too bad it's all a lie.
In order to steal an election - you need five judges on the Supreme Court. Everyone knows that.

I don't think it's a good or bad idea. It's a tool that you can use whenever you like if you believe it will improve the image or even if you need to use it as a neutral density filter.
In the end, it's an artistic decision.

From what I understand the issue is the stand your ground law. In New York for example it's an affirmative defense that you used deadly force against someone if you believed that your life or the life of another was in danger and that that force was necessary. In this defense, the burden of proof is upon the defendant or shooter.

In Florida, the tables have been turned around and the burden of proof is on the state to prove that the shooting was not covered under the stand your ground statute.
So what the original writer said was that if there was no stand your ground doctrine you could still use deadly force under the self defense doctrine.

As to the Grand Jury, only Murder 1 which is punisable by death needs to go to a grand jury in the State of Florida. Mr. Zimmerman was charged with Murder 2, punishable by life (hence not a capital offense)ergo no Grand Jury is necessary under Florida law.

The next logical step for Mr. Zimmerman is to request a hearing in front of a magistrate to determine if he was in compliance with the stand your ground doctrine. Again, under Florida law, that judge can dismiss charges or hold him for trial.

The one thing that this trial will do is help people understand what actually happened that night and no matter which way it ends up, that's actually what justice is suppose to do.

The yellowish tint is typical of having the wrong white balance. If it's set for daylight and shoot under tungsten it will always be too warm. Check your camera and set the white balance for tungsten or about 28-3200 Kelvin. The alternative is to shoot raw and then change the white balance in post.

The only reason that the Post Office is in financial trouble is that the Republican Congress at the time passed a law requiring them to fund 75 years of pension benefits in ten years.
Right now the Post Office is funding retirements for people who don't even work for them yet.
Eliminate that stupid requirement and they're actually turning a profit.
Why do they want to destroy the Post Office? So that corporations can take over their job at a huge profit.

Not sure about if that word is used anywhere but it's not on Page 107 for sure:

The problem that I see with this kind of creative editing is that our young daughters are looking at it and thinking that that's the way they should look. Of course you can't look like those ads because they're not real but tell that to a 13 year old girl.
The most deplorable thing I've seen is taking pictures of children or teenagers that aren't models and then photo shopping them as you would a professional model. This merely sends a message to the client that she isn't pretty enough so you're going to fix her.
Solution? I don't have one.

I found this old grave site in Colchester Ct. I thought the carved faces were very interesting.

What you see is the Skull of Death that goes back to Puritan England. It's very common in the New England States on old stones and is symbolic of death and mortality.

This is a tomb at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. It is a hollowed out bolder that was brought to the site and then placed inside it was a copper lining and a coffin containing the remains.
It's a very intersting story about how it came to be but it certainly is unique.

Have any unique graves - please post them.
