for nature photography i have enjoyed the lowprow slingshot 202 aw. Holds a d7200 w/70-300 attached and two other lenses with no problem. the rain hood comes in handy when an unexpected shower pops up. There is a size larger and smaller in the series http://www.lowepro.com/slingshot.

the gold is in the download. so many things to explore. the rainbow does look like a planet or moon rising. science fiction book cover material. the turtle in the foreground seems to have left an egg uncovered

The dslr dashboard app is a free download. Helicon remote is downloadable from their site for a fee. I had a hard time getting my 7200 to set up with these until i entered the camera IP of 192.168.1.1. I still need a lot of practice with these but their very promising.

Nice shots, but high tension wires don't seem like the best place for a nest.

thank you for looking, they nest on top of the towers every year. The power company took down one of the lines and erected a special replacement nesting pole, but the ospreys just moved their nest to the remaining and taller set of towers

Trying to get a good shot of the Ospreys at River Park North or Goose Creek Park. In both parks they are building nests in very high and remote locations. Armed with D7200 and Tamron sp 150-600 for this years quest I have over the last weekend managed one halfway decent shot.

On the first day they stayed way up on the nest or fished were i could not see them. So i took a shot to play with while waiting. Shown are the origional, cropped and topazed results.

On Sunday one of the Ospreys caught a fish and perched close enough for a better view.

great shots, detail on download to get close inspection of the bird, for me the slower shutter shows the motion that is important in the story of the composition. Green with envy and hope to come close to this quality some day

These are such winsome, joyful looking birds.

the late afternoon sun brought up the orange of the breast but overshadowed the deep blue of his back. You just can not capture their real beauty in just one photo

Wonderful, motorman, Bluebirds are returning here in southwestern Pennsylvania too.

Thank you, along with the color came the insects also. They will be good subjects for photos. I got the first tic, and will now have to wrap ankles and spray before entering the woods. Well worth the trouble though.
