Experimenting with Hummingbirds

Here are a few more efforts, this time with some in flight (and in line). It's overcast, and there isn't enough light to bump up the shutter speed much more to stop wing action. The originals were really dark but lightened in pp.

I'm still looking for advice.

#2 is the one that caught my eye. These are really good. I love to see pictures of Hummingbirds.

These are excellent. The overcast, while providing less light, is still preferable to a sunny sky - their colors are wonderful and lighting is nice and soft. I often see these guys when I visit Gloria Ferrer - :)

These are fantastic, Vicki! Number two here is just amazing. Don't think you need sun after all, lol. Very impressive work on these.

Thank you Andrea. I'm glad you enjoyed these and appreciated the second shot. I've got a new variety passing through. I hope it will stay long enough so I can get some shots to share.
