If mine, I would turn off - open door and sue a hair dryer or room heater on it. Set some buckets to get the water. Check for an ice maker connection and disconnect if there.
The important question is what do you want to do with the prints? Just show them around and discard or keep in an album? The inkjet printers like Epson will make a nice photo, even on photo paper, but if it gets wet it will run. If you go to more expensive then you can get pics that will be just like from the store.
Same as frankramy, the file is too small to get anything in a single frame. In Win 10 you can just do a Snip(used to be PrintScreen) and get just as good as anything.
Personally, I just carry a pocketful of memory cards. The camera has Bluetooth so can connect to Kindle Fire or Phone to see any before getting to a laptop.
Do you have vignette in that older version? That might help to focus on the players. The 10 bucks a month I spend on my up-to-date PS CC is well worth it to me to not have this kind of problem..
My Nikon remembers some settings depending on Mode so if you changed something last year when you happened to use "P" Mode the camera remembers that and changes it back for you.........If you change Mode you have to check ALL settings.
My first printer was an EPSON and it used 8 dots. My computer was very advanced as it was modified to have a roaring 16 kilobytes of RAM when I threw a little switch added to the case. Unmodified it had 8 kilobytes of RAM. It was a big deal when EPSON came out with a 9 dot printer so it could do the "j's".
Good shots all in my opinion. An acquaintance of mine, many years ago, once said " to take an interesting picture - stand in front of something interesting." Your birds are interesting.
