Hello all. Michelle next door has been and had an operation on her hand today and has just got back from hospital. I popped over and spent some time with Karen this morning. I'm still not going in yet, but if she'd wanted a drink I'd have run in quickly masked and made it, but she said she was fine. I've just noticed now that Michelle and Andrew are home now.
Hope I find you all well, I'm doing a little bit at a time, but not a lot. I've had shepherds pie for lunch and that, girls, is my day😜. I've been looking at my jab dates I had my jab. It was 15th of feb so I should have it with ing the next few weeks for my second.
That's it again. Love yawl and I'm going to catchup then jigsaw.

I've lost almost 3 stone..
37lbs in 2 months, seeing this result I don't care anymore how nauseous that med makes me. He still won't give me anti nausea pills. But I found a weird combo that works for me.. clementines and crackers. . . Strange right? I crave these little oranges. That's mostly my meals with an occasional piece of chicken lol.
But I'm not suffering or anything. It could always be worse and at least the pounds are coming off and the night sweats are not as bad. Woot woot. 😀
Love and hugs y'all

Here they chew on a story like an old bone. If you don’t understand it it’s probably nothing you need to know. The entertainment shows put on people who wrote a book or are in a show on tv. I don’t recognize them but my son does. But he doesn’t know the great ones from my generation either. Im enjoying Vera a British mystery. She’s my kind of gal.
Vera was made in the part of the country near to where I grew up. Not far. She doesn't really talk like that.

Do you have some really big bulky yarn. You could try arm-knitting while you are waiting to heal.
Pizza's heat well in the oven, even if stone cold. (We once had a pizza delivery guy fight through the drifts at our old house to deliver a stone cold pizza. It was revived in the oven quite nicely.)
I woke up to a cat poo in my bed. Apparently the turd was stuck to Bella-kitty's bottom when she jumped onto my bed. I'm just thankful I didn't roll onto it and really make a mess.
Oh, and DD continued her bout of food poisoning by communing with the porcelain bowl at 3 or 4 in the morning. She doesn't do anything quietly. (DD had food poisoning earlier this week and has had problems with her stomach almost every night this week.)
TMI???

I'm off to lunch tomorrow with DS1, DIL and the twins in their garden. I am so looking forward to it. At last; two things to look forward to.

Not bad enough yet, so maybe by March next year when I next see the Optician he'll say it is.

Wow, Angela, that's brilliant. How much more are you hoping to lose? You seem to be on a very strict diet.
100 pounds more is where my goal weight is.
We met baby daddy yesterday. This one seems nice and gentle. He best be, that's all I have to say on that! Jen is trying to get an apartment but she doesn't have any credit so they keep turning her down. She's going to move in somewhere with baby daddy and let him babysit while she works.... When did this world get so backwards.?
I don't take vitamins as they make me nauseous too.. That's too much for my tummy.
Keep hearing on the news that Johnson and johnson single shot vaccine has caused 6 deadly blood clots in some folks, one of those who died was a friend of Jen's. Anyone else hear of this more?

You've made a great start!! Xxxx
If I could lose 150, it would be my pre pregnancy weight.. . I gotta try to tone as I lose though, I don't want wind flaps on my arms and legs.... Or do I?🤔
