No, I read that somewhere to "not" preview the picture before uploading it. But that's not it. I don't preview.

Thanks for the reply though.

I have tried many time to upload pictures but it just won't work. I have successfully uploaded only one photo.

Every time I try, it fails to load. I can try 20 or 30 times and it won't work. The one time it did work, I had tried about 30 or so times and finally one upped. Picture was only about 2 meg. I have seen pictures much larger than that uploaded.

Anything I might be doing wrong?

Hard to have a good look without the original to download. I would think if you have the RAW file you could bring some details in the sky with ACR7.1 or LR4.1.

At this point I would prefer #1. Personal choice. #2 is nice also.

If taken in RAW the software that came with the camera should work fine. If they are JPG then just about anything will do to view.
If by review you mean "edit as required" then Photoshop Element 10 with LightRoom 4.1 is about as cheap as it gets with great software. Or get Photoshop CS6 which comes with Adobe Camera RAW 7.1 (more money but more functionality).

Note that all the edtiting tips and tricks also work with Adobe Camera RAW 7.1....same improvements to both piece of software.

In the words of Lee Trevino "the better you are, the luckier you get!"

Nice shot for sure.

Here is my 30 sec try.
A bit of blue still around the mountain but not too hard to remove if I had been careful.

I actually prefer your original with the pink in the sky level. This way it looks like the ground is simply a slight hill.

Try Trendmicro Housecall. It will scan for viruses online (if you can stay online that long). It's free...

?? You keep a Macro lens on your camera as a walk-around ?? Or was there a quick lens change before you got the shots ?? Whatever - - very nice :)

LOL not really. It was my Fuji HS10. Bridge with a "one size fits all" lens. Turned out OK. It was so windy, I think she just didn't want to go anywhere.

Thanks Angler and Katkase for the kind words.

Thanks vicksart.

Yes, I was amazed that it stayed there for so long. She was just walking around the yard with the DF on her finger as if it was tamed.
