Thanks for the info. Most helpful!
Some time ago I found a Windows program which would display Exif shutter actuation data AND silent shutter actuations. Unfortunately, I have lost track of that software and wonder if anyone might know of software which can do this.
Google photos is great!
Find a photo. Click it. It should go full screen. See the 3 vertical dots in upper right corner of the image. Click on the dots. See download option (shift-d). On my computer it is saved to the Downloads folder.
Also If say you wanted to find all of your boat pictures type boats in the search field and 'voila' there you go.
I found a picture of my son from 1965 when he was six. I tagged it and gave it his name. Now when I type his name in search I get all his pictures even as an adult (fantastic facial recognition at work there!).
I bought a Nikon D7000 from B & H a few years back. It came in a white box and was certified Nikon refurbished. It looked like new but the sensor was really dirty (I mean REALLY dirty). I sent it back to B & H and they sent me another. It was absolutely perfect. In fact, the shutter count was under 50!
Thanks for your response. Helpful.
Some years ago these lenses were popular. They provided small, relatively light lenses with f8 to f11 optics. Many users complained that they were next to impossible to handhold due to the long exposures required.
I wonder that now we have cameras that have internal vibration reduction and high ISO capabilities and are available used for bargain prices maybe they are viable???
What say?
Is there any difference in black and white images produced directly in camera or images adjusted by software to monochrome?
My lens works just great on my Nikon D750 but it won't work on my new Nikon Z6. Any ideas?
Great shot. Professional totally!
I have been using it for years (decades?). It is updated frequently and only gets better and better. Quick to download.
