#5 appears to be John Lopez work. Where is it at?
Very different and beautiful.
Right time ,right plac, right photographer.
I am clan McLeod. Thanks.
Kind of stuff I love. Thanks for your patience and ability.
The Lion king is/was an anthropomorphic cartoon. These photos are real. Animals do not speak or act like humans, nor do they have pals that they would rather eat. Go hug a tree.
I do not like a steady diet of over-processing, but I like #3 for it's almost painting like delivery. Seems to have subtle water clarity the other two do not. We see a lot of moving water that is softened by overexposure that is not what the natural eye sees.
Not into alligators, but that is the perfect picture of one!
#2. The sunlit element in the middle is appealing.
Yes, Crazy Horse was never photographed (believed his soul would be compromised as other Natives believed also) and the sculptors family has never accepted federal $. Some, not necessarily me, suggest they never want to complete and keep the tourist aspect intact. I spent a lot of time there last July there as I am interested in SD native culture. I was some what disappointed that in the museum there was not that much info re Crazy Horse himself, though it was very informative other wise.
Where the heck is this in MT? As a sideline, looks like bark beetle problem in fore ground. Great pic.
At the rate it is going, it will not be complete in anyone's life time.
#2 and agree on toning down color just a bit.
CPR took the words out of my mouth!
