For a while, I was eating the entire apple, core and all. Then I discovered that the core (seeds?) contains arsenic. Ah, life on earth.

Apple, pear and grape juice may contain low amounts of arsenic since it is present in the fruit. Juices you mix from concentrate could have higher arsenic if made with arsenic-containing water.

I am looking to expand my music playlist to include a greater variety of genres and musicians. I am turning to the collective insights and tastes of this forum to ask for suggestions.
