I have 18-400 mm lens, I use it on Nikon D500. Does everything.

I have Nikon 28-300 lens on Nikon D850. In spite of having flock of other lens, I took this lens on National Parks Tour by Bus, I had great success. You have the reach, it is not heavy. Just perfect. Hope it helps.

You are quite right, my friend ! Not only this site, people in general have a tendency to show they are better than thou & they certainly destroy the brotherly feeling of mutual respect. Majority of people are friendly & helpful but just a few rotten eggs ! It costs nothing to be kind. We must learn to leave our ego aside when dealing with others.

How about Nikon D 800, low counts ( have to check) Last year bought Nikon D500 & D 850. D800 looks like brand new. Please PM if you are interested. John Singh
