He said himself, he'd be lucky to find a judge to take it on.
But if we think about the various implications around it, he could have the answer to most of the worlds woes.
It'd turn ppl off having kids. Population would decline, returning to a sustainable population for this planet.
No other living creature on earth lives a self destructive lifestyle as human beings. Think outside the box at all the 'what ifs'. What he says is not all that stupid.
Sure you can't ask before birth happens, but if ppl thought about the greater implications on our survival, they might think twice before having children.

In that case, parents should have the right to ABORT at any age. That will put an end to it before it succeeds.

That would become an overwhelming temptation during the "teen years"

Just remember that all this crazy crap started with a single cup of coffee.

Unless the parents have his written consent to bring him into the world, I don't see how he can lose.

It started long before that, but the woman was justified in her lawsuit since the coffee was much too hot.

"She suffered third-degree burns (the most serious kind) and required skin grafts on her inner thighs and elsewhere."

I think if ever there was a frivolous lawsuit this would be it.

If he had any smarts at all he would realize that as a minor he had no decision making authority. That is why the decision made by his parents will stand.

On a different but related note, where do these idiots come from? Yes, I do actually know but I hate to see this thread end up in The Attic.

The judge should let the plaintiff win the case. The plaintiff should be told that he will not have to live in this world anymore and will be given a lethal injection-if he wishes. Should plaintiff decide he doesn’t want to die, he has now declared he is he of his own free will. Parents are off the hook. End of case.

Anything for a free ride but looks to me like he has had a free ride long enough. Welcome to the real world.
