Well I am most definitely not a professional, even if I make couple of bucks of some photo's I have taken. I like to know what settings are used at times. I know some do not want to share. I have seen photos and said, I am going to photograph that myself and have. In doing so I know many here, post process so much. So my question would be is it what you photographed? Have I post processed, very little because I know little about it. I have lightroom 6 still in a box unopened. I have used the HDR tool for color and clarity. No photoshop, no changing of a background. I to try to keep it as natural as possible. Hoever the Milky Way I may try a little more but so far it's just that HDR tool and have never tried anything on RAW format.
Very nice, Denali is on the "bucket" list.
Good thread as I will be in the area on the 6th of August on the way back to Denver on the 7th and 8th. Before we will be in Moab, Blanding, Bluff area's for three nights. Again thanks for this thread.
As they say, one in every crowd. :)
Nice shots, just nature running its course.
Don't know where you are going exactly but if it is North to Antelope Canyon (sadly I didn't make it last year) be sure to stop by and see Horseshoe Bend just South of Page ( A must see for photo ops). You may also want to check out Red Hollow Slot in Orderville, Utah if you have the time. There is also Willis Creek Slot near Cannonville, Utah. Don't know of many in AZ.
Of course we all do waterfalls, this one is from years back.
Welcome and enjoy your stay Wendy.
Very nice shot Cany, very nice.
Welcome Hook, Southeastern Indiana myself just North of Greensburg.
The whole darned world is going , rephrase....has gone crazy...to much, way to much political correctness...etc..if this same thing happened 30 yrs ago it wouldn't have mattered. As the article stated, it was k*****g younger bulls, and the younger bulls are needed for breeding. Better to worry about the eco system in Yellowstone.
Been thinking about this too. Thanks for the topic, I'll be sure to watch it.
Yep that first one is a beauty.
