I’m sorry but I don’t like either......but every photographer has different taste and you do what you like. I just like white snow.....that’s all. Thanks for sharing.

I have a Canon 7D Mark II and while shooting my cheek rubs the screen. I can’t seem to find a viewfinder, extender etc. that will fit ....to get it a little away from my cheek. It’s quite annoying.....does anyone know of a viewfinder I could try? I’ve ordered a couple on line but they didn’t fit. Help please.

Beautiful shots especially lighting. I love hawks and we have a refuge that has plenty. Good job.

I do shut the car off and the birds are usually perched in a tree. I start with F-8 and 1250 shutter speed. On some shots I’m fairly close. I thought there is a setting on the lens that may need to be changed. I also use BBF.

I shoot with a canon 7DMarkii with Tamron 150-600 lens. I’m shooting out my car window while driving thru a refuge. I rest my camera and lens on a bean bag or other prop on my window ad shooting auto focus. With my eyesight I can’t really see if my subject is in focus even on auto. I get home and load photos to my IMac and a whole lot are out of focus. Anything I could try differently? Please help with suggestions.
Thank you.

That’s what I’m thinking about......getting a wood crutch and sawing to correct height and wedging between seat. A good rubber top to rest the camera. My space between the seat is pretty narrow.

Maybe I wasn’t clear with my question about a way to shoot out the passenger window. I’ll try again.
I’m driving thru a refuge....not allowed to get out of your car....by myself. I use a camera rest on my window but can’t hold the camera/lens steady while trying to shoot out the passenger window. Has anyone built an apparatus to use to rest the camera between the seats? I haven’t found one to buy....I appreciate your responses.

Has anyone come up with a prop or device so the driver can shoot out the passenger window?

Were you able to auto focus? I have the 150-600 G2 also and tried the 1.4 converter......will not auto focus.
