I have taken up the ,camera, late in life and am loving it and it's history.
I bought a used Sekonic from B&H...had some trouble with understanding what to do with the ,EV, number. I had to do some studying myself.

You have got to be kidding me! Just beautiful. I say that because on the site you sent me to...talked about it being SLOWER, not as fast. So, I see you got the H birds to stop in mid-flight....just wonderful.

I have followed your thoughts and want to know what you finally did. Have you purchased the Nikkor 70-200mm f4? I really want to get it, because I have the Nikkor 80-200mm f2.8 and it is a beast!
