As sports are slow to return I am looking for some feedback on sports photography. What is the best way to shoot thru protective netting. The auto focus wants to grab onto the netting and not the action. I'm using a sigma 120-300 2.8 sport lens on a canon folder 1DC. Any feedback is appreciated

Purchased a used 1dx about 1 year ago worked great until thid week when i encountered an auto focus problem. When pressing the shutter button it would not hold focus and would blur the photo. Any suggestions or repair suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Sounds crazy I agree, just purchase a used Canon 1dx attached a sigma 120-300 2.8 sport. With my glasses on while shooting the focus isn't clear. Remove my glasses and it is sharp n clear focus. Suggestions

Just purchased a 1dx used. Now looking to purchase a lens the Canon ef100-4004.5-5.6 IS II or the Sigma 120-300 2.8 Sport. I will be shooting college hockey indoors. The Canon has the longer focal length but the sigma is faster at 2.8. Can i push the iso on the 1DX high enough to compensate for the slower lens or will the Sigma work better since it's a 2.8
