I rarely reply to these because I am a complete neophyte, but to me, the first three pics. nice as they are, have some very serious graininess issues..

Coming up on 48 years soon. My wife tells everyone she is going to leave me once she knows I am 100% miserable. But for now she stays because she thinks I still have a shred of happiness...

I use a free download...Photo Story 3 for Windows. It allows for control of transitions, music, Ken Burns effect, etc.

Really sorry to see that some of the long term veterans on this site have their 'Apertures' wound so tight they can't even be civil. Lost all repsect for many of you 'EXperts'...used to be worth listening to...now so full of yourselves your are a nonfactor anymore. Go play with your camera.

Today is the anniversary of the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald (1975). The sinking was immortalized in a song by Gordon Lightfoot. It saddens me to hear this song as I had a personal friend that was one of the crew. I can't begin to imagine those last moments! Al Kalmon (second cook) may he rest in peace.

Thanks...I also use Elements, but didn't know/don't know about not supporting vertical. I will try tomorrow. I only asked because many of my panoramic attempts seem to end not being as high as yours.

I agree. Politics have overtaken too many sites, i.e. Facebook has gotten ridiculous.

I like this version, but IMHO I think I'd prefer a blend of this version with the sunset a little closer to the original sunset (enhanced a bit, but not quite as much). I enjoy seeing the variations possible within PP (I am in early stages of learning PP).

I know what everyone is saying about the red in the first image, BUT, in reality, the red image is many times what is reality. Do you want to capture the real image....or the "preferred accepted image' by your peers????
