I shoot properties for my wifes real estate business and have the old bugaboo ......how do I best deal with the mixed source lighting when shooting interiors. I've invested in an FLD filter to deal with greenish cast caused by flourescents. My question is: what w/b setting do I use for best results when using the FLD filter ? AWB or one of the more esoteric settings ? I'm for sure looking for guidance.

ps: I don't shoot high end architectural type properties. More your mid market properties.
I'm shooting a Tokina 11-16mm on a Canon T6S primarily in support of my wifes real estate venture. It really expands opportunities for interior photos especially in cramped quarters. No complaints thus far. The AF function is fast and accurate. I never use manual focus...........too lazy perhaps but with good AF........why bother.

ok ok ok. I've always shot in JPG but......I'm thinking about RAW. What do I have to do the RAW files to send them via email ? I use PSE for light PP. I'm thinking about RAW because of white balance issues.....particularly flourescent. Plus I understand it gives more flexibility.
Obviously I'm a beginner. I use a Canon T6S with a variety of Canon and Tokina lens.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Since my use is sporadic and requires me only to get my gearbag to the home I'm gonna shoot, the more spartan utililty type of tech bag works really well. No long treks for me... drop the bag, configure the camera for the first couple of external shots, grab the bag... head inside reconfigure for the internal shots and............I'm outta there.
If my shoots were more demanding physically I might look to the more custom bags.
Glad to know I can get er done for less than 40.00 or at the very least........less than 60.00.
But thanks again for all your suggestions and links. Its truly appreciated.

thanks rmorrison, the pups just turned 7 they were maybe 1 year in the pic.
as for gear: T6S, G1X II. G7, Tokina wide angle, Canon kit 18-55, Canon 50, 1.8.
Thanks Bob......very helpful. I particularly like that it doesn't scream "steal me".
Thought I'd ask the pro's for help. I need a camera bag/satchel for my gear when on a shoot (I support my wifes real estate business on occasion). My gear consists of several camera bodies and several lens....also a flash and assorted filters and cables.
I will probably buy on the internet but the selection is overwhelming. First person user suggestions most appreciated.
I would like to keep the cost under $200.00 if possible.
Thanks in advance

once with canon. I sought service for my newly acquired GX1 Powershot. They couldn't fix it with telephone assistance so it wasn't a setting problem.........so they replaced it with a new one. no problems since. USA warrantys are the only way to go.

thanks for the in depth explanation but............that leaves me even more confused. I guess I'm not a quick study. my first thought is to say.........screw filters........who needs em. but seriously....... thanks for the info.

which is it ? one lens or two ? opinions seem to vary widely on this subject. mine is one rotating lens but........it doesn't work very well....maybe I should trade it in on a two piece apparatus...........you think ?
my wife has the i6 plus which we use on the golf course for both still and video pics. No complaint thus far but.........neither of us are photogeeks but......we are very happy with the overall picture quality of the i6.
That said....I personally have the i4s and happy with the photo quality of that phone.
