Hi there puzzlers - have a go at this one - suggest an answer but DON'T give your method (I want to keep people guessing for a bit) - I'll post the solution in a few days time!

Enjoy

I guess if we are calculating savings we should include the costs to build and run the towers, computer systems, and of course the chargers, etc we use? Sorry I've been working too many years in project management in American industry! But not for much longer. Retirement looms near!

Wonder if anyone have tried to figure out the amount of energy the cell phone have saved us? Just in fuel alone, like "say honey, while you're at the store I need such and such, so you won't have to make another trip"! And that's just a small example!

Beautiful shot of a beautiful cat. We have nine of the critters here but no orange. One comment - I believe rabies attacks the brain so it may not work on politicians.

For those with no imagination the last F is "fellow" ......... usually!

LOL, yeah, and one F stands for Fat. I'm sure most of the folks can figure out the final F. ;-) Cheers.

I'm seeing a lot of thoughts that match mine! I reckon I'll just stick with the old 2 dimensional stuff. Besides the local gun shop is running some Vet Day sales on stuff I really need. Harder to get that stuff into the house past "security" though.

Hi folks,

Anybody have or have info on a device called "Lytro B5-0035 ILLUM 40 Megaray Light Field Camera with Constant F/2.0, 8X Optical Zoom"? Sounds more like a "gadget" than a real "camera" to me which is OK for us gadget loving nonprofessionals.

Thanks and a good day to all,
Ken

I got one a few runs ago and glad I did. But two things I'm wondering - how many did they make originally and how many are on their second or third or more cycles through the "system"!!!

Got a Fuji S1 a few weeks ago. So far I'm very pleased with it.

Well Bloke I ordered mine from a hospital bed while getting an IV infusion! I get those every two weeks for a progressive & chronic neuromuscular issue. I guess we just have to improvise and get it done no matter the circumstances. Actually my wife was leaning toward getting me a 70D for my April birthday so I saved her considerable work here and I get it a month sooner. Win-Win right?

Well thanks I think. Just ordered from B&H. " Hi Honey look what followed me home." Happy birthday? Happy Easter / Passover? I may need help here or a warm place to stay.

Hi Sleepy,

Looks like a Rutan Long EZ. A small sport aircraft.

Hi Doug and welcome back. I had a 4 vessel bypass in 2005 "with complications" so I have a good idea how you feel. Here's hoping your recovery goes as well as mine did. On the 50 mp Canon, I am a Canon guy but I'm gonna pass. For one I like to eat and further I have my hands full breaking in my Fuji S1 bridge. Take care and listen to the docs; they are right often enough to be useful.

Hi and welcome, maybe at 10,000 ft a little O2 would help. Seriously I'm new here and am used to larger cameras. I also had an A1 and one of the old Rebels. And now I'm learning on a new Fuji S1 which is tiny to me. Just like firearms and musical instruments practice and it soon becomes second nature. And to me that is part of the fun of a hobby. Good luck!
