I shoot cars most of my time. I shot this with a Canon 5D Mark III with 24-105mm at 24mm. You could get good results with a entry Camera. I agree to try them and see what fits you.

I still say you're paying for the better processors. That's what is making the images sharper. :D

Is'nt it more the processor in the camera than the megapixels? I always thought anything over 5 would give you a decent photo.
