Canon Rumors is a pretty good source, but a quick guess is that it will be after the 5D IV comes out. The 6D is a scaled down version of the 5DIII that was originally released a few months later. I'm curious to see what's up next too.

I check with Canon Rumors, and Canon Watch, just about everyday. Since the beginning of the Holiday season I've not seen anything mentioned about the 6D II. But, that doesn't mean it will not come up. Mostly only "deals" on the current bodies are there. In any event it seems when anything new comes about, it is months before you can actually buy the product.

There are rumors of some interesting things coming out of Canon in 2015 camera wise. Wait a bit and follow the rumors to try to see what is coming.

I think that will be the full frame mirrorless they've (Canon) been talking about.
