Hey Everyone,
I was just wondering from the ones that have updated the latest LrC, if it is worth it or if you were having any problems with it? I was particularly interested in the ones that use a Mac with Catalina. I'll be interested in your thoughts.
Thanks
I contacted Adobe and they told me there was a software update (catalina) that I didn't know about, so I downloaded that and I seems to run much better.
Thanks for all your responses.
What's the best way to get ahold of Adobe with problems? Can you actually talk to anyone on the phone? If so does anyone have a phone number?
Thanks
Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with the new Photoshop update? Since I updated it runs so slow and the beach ball of death keeps showing up and my run for 20-30 seconds after I try and do anything. Im using new 27" IMAC (macOS Mojave version 10.14.6) Anyone out there have any ideas, or know were I can go to look for solutions?
Thanks in advance.
Good morning, I recently had a WD USB external HD crash ( this is the second one in two years). The steps that I use to get my photos into Lightroom is download them on my external HD and then add them into LR. I purchased a new external HD to start over, put can’t remember exactly how to get LR to see my external HD once I open LR. I was wondering if anyone has a good YouTube video that shows the steps how LR recognizes my external HD? I have a Mac desktop. I’d appreciate any help.
whats the best way to get a hold of Abobe if you have a problem?
Thanks
Most everyone says they copy, here's my work flow. Sounds like I import differently. I download all my RAW photos into new folders on two external HD's, then open LR Classic, go to file, click on import photos & video. Click on the new folder from my External HD on the left side and ADD them to my catalog and click import. I do this because I don't want them on my HD on my computer. Is there a better way?
Just curious how many of you when importing, add or copy your photos into LR and why?
