Beautiful -- I like the reflection in the window and the twinkles. It definitely has an old-time Victorian feel to it.

#3.... would be stunning if backed out a little more see the back of the car and road....but still love the shot

Thank you for the feedback. The original is actually crooked. I had to straighten in and in so doing, the left end of the car got cropped a little. I'm still working on my composition skills :) I appreciate your looking.

#1 makes me hungry because I love berries. #2 Makes me sad because i had a Schnauzer that liked to ride with me when I was younger and could keep my balance better. #3 reminds me of the TV series Manhunt with Victor Jory. #4 Is okay. #5 gives me claustrophobia. They are just too close together.

Thanks for the feedback. That dog on the bike was cool. I saw him 3 times while I was there. #5 was taken in a really nice neighborhood and those houses face a beautiful park. They are typical of the houses in the Plateau district.

We went to Montreal for the Jazz Festival in June. Love the city with its murals.

I like #3 the best. The lighting is terrific. All three are good if standing on their own. #1 is very mysterious. It looks like the flower is hanging above the vase on its own.

Nice work!

Beautiful birds and nicely captured! What lens did you use for the third shot? I love all three -- the colors, the poses, everything.

Fantastic! What a beautiful bird. What lens were you using? Makes me want to start carrying my camera to work.

Thank you, everyone! Costa Rica is an incredible place for photographers. Monkeys, crocodiles, flowers, butterflies, birds, volcanoes, national parks, beaches -- something for every type of photographer!

I love the second picture of the leaves, and the first picture of the vulture in flight is great! What lens did you use to get that photo?

I was there for the Music Festival in August and got some great shots of those buildings at night. They light them up and the colors change every few minutes. They've done a great job with turning what was a depressing area into something unique.

I think framed photographs are a great gift. This year, a friend kept commenting on one of my pictures and how much she liked it and how nice it would look as a canvas, so I have made one up for her for Christmas. I made a collage of family photos for my mother for Mother's Day and she loved it.

We found a botanical garden while in Costa Rica. It was a small garden built on a person's 15 acre property and it was raining during the entire tour.
