I know I need a filter for my camera to make pic's of the sun and moon, but I don't know what kind I need.
I have a Canon Rebel T1I.
I have purchased a couple of filters, but they make my pics an odd color.
I recently purchased the PSE9. I have never had such a hard time learning how to use something as I am this. I uploaded some more pic's last night and a pop up comes up and tells me I can't share them with facebook because elements is still busy. How do I get back and unbusy it? If someone can help me out of this I sure would appreciate it.
Thanks
Thanks so much. I went to the website you suggested and happy that I did. Thank you for steering me in that direction. That is the reason I like Ugly Hedgehog. Lots of great people out there who are always willing to share their knowledge.
Are you learning it on your own or taking classes? I recently purchased Photoshop Elements 9 and I am have a terrible time learning it. The Tutorials just don't give enough info on any one thing. If there is an easy way to learn it, I would really appreciate you telling me how.
Thanks to everyone for all the responses. I have appreciated and enjoyed all of them, especially those who like to kid:}}}}}. I would like to upload some pictures but I have not been able to get them uploaded for some reason. Don't know why.
Also, I do have Photoshop, but I haven't learned a lot about how to use it yet. It would have been great if a manual or guide had come with it. I am struggling along with it, so hopefully, someday I will get it. Tried to find a Tech School that offered a course on it, but our Local one doen't offer it. I just learned how to close a picture after working on it. I still have a bunch of pic's in the Organizer that I can't figure out how to get rid of. Anyway, thanks everyone. There seems to be a lot of willing people out there to offer help when the plea goes out. I am enjoying Ugly Hedgehog. Lot's of good info comes thru it.
Amen to that. I have it and am trying to learn it. I need to go take a college course on it.
These are all precious. The only thing I would do differently is have her off to the side. It is best not to center the subject. If she is looking to the right, then have her on the left side. Try that and see what you think. She is beautiful, I know how proud you are, I am the same way with my grands and yes time goes by much too fast.
The last picture is the best one, because she was off to one side. Pictures are always better if the subject is on a side with some open space in front. It looks like she is looking at something off in the distance. It is a beautiful picture and a lovely little girl.
All of the pic's are awesome.
I am in a Photo club and our Instructor told us when we are making pictures of the sky to always aim at the sky and whatever it picks up will fall into place. Don't know if this is what you wanted to hear or not.
I like the uncropped. The snow makes the picture. A lot of times when you crop, you take away an important part of the picture. I do not like to do a lot of cropping.
I used Picassa until I finally broke down and bought PSE9 recently. I was able to use Picassa without any problems, but thought I needed just a little more. Unfortunaley PSE is extremely hard for me to learn... It does not come with a manuel and the tutorials just do not do the job. I signed up for an onlline class to try to learn how to use it and the class only goes up to Elements 5, so I am still out of luck. Will probably have to go to a Tech school and take the class before I will be able to use it with ease. However, I did get a great price on it. I ordered it from ComputerWorld.com for $49.00 including Tax and Shipping. It was a good deal, but so hard to learn how to use. Good luck on whatever you decide.
I hope these go through. This was the Sun setting about 7:00 last Sunday evening at the top of the mountain.
I recently purchased the Photoshop software and I'm have a real hard time learning how to use it.
Can someone please tell me how to get a sky with clouds to put on another picture?
Thanks
I absolutely love it! It does look like a painting.
Does my Canon Rebel T1i have the HDR? How would I find out if it does?
I haven't dropped it, I am very careful with it. I think I may have the problem fixed. I worked on the white balane. Thanks to everyone for the advise. Always appreciated.
