Make a light tent out of some white fabric, preferably quite thin. Something like cheesecloth or muslin.
Off camera flash is best to light the outside of the tent, but setting up near a window works too.
A piece of black card placed inside the tent helps to give a dark reflection. Experiment with the position of the card.
