GTO’s , They are absolutely gorgeous automobiles, but unfortunately for me, I am a car and camera nut ! There are too many of these things in both categories that I can’t really make up my mind as to which is the most beautiful one . I have about 100+ cameras and added up, I have had about 60 cars over my many years and still want more…
Looks a lot like a Sugarbush, I saw them in South Africa, I don’t know if they are able to be grown elsewhere, that you can get from a nursery. It’s beautiful, whatever it is..,
Sippy,
I’m sorry for going out on a tangent about the YJ’s. I was just trying to interject some levity into the conversation. I did not want to take away anything from your photograph , that was truly great. I have to learn more about the process and try some of my own. Thank you so much for your understanding. Bob

So that’s what these little bastards look like. I’m in the process of removing these from a part of my house of course it’s near the roof and a total PIA, I’m gonna try to get some pictures of them before I annihilate them this will be the third major nest I don’t with all my 60 years of homeownership. Oh what fun I’m having,I’d rather be taking pictures even of them somewhere else, take care
I have bought many cameras from just about everywhere. The ones I purchased from Japan are always great , beautiful and fully functional. If there are any issues, they are described fully, if it arrives not to your liking, they will make things right. I have received extra gifts as well from ones I have bought from, the service has been like the old days. I have never had a problem with any purchase from the land of the rising sun.
Man alive, how true! I’m trying to slow down a bit, but it’s a hard thing to do. A few weeks back, I met a guy that knew a friend who lost his Dad. He wanted to get rid of his collection which included a little photography store inventory. We talked and I was amazed at the price he quoted me. He told me that I was the kind of guy his Dad would really like to see have his stuff. No one in the family had an interest in it. So after a 18 hour drive, I got a treasure trove. I just wish I had just one of my cameras at the ready when I told my Darling and Wonderfully Amazing Wife, it was something special I had never seen before. I am a Very Lucky Guy!!!!
Dave, Cameras way aside. The important thing is are you and your wife and family alright? I can’t imagine going through that kind of hell. I just feel awful about the situation you in. I have no idea what it would be like. The cameras don’t matter, let me know just how you are doing and I’m praying for you. Rob
Hi, I'd like to get the 70-300 macro, I just have to put more in my PayPal. Can you hold it for me till the new amount clears, I think its 3 business days, I'm sorry , and understand if you do not want to wait. Thanks for considering, Bob
Anything new about these or what?
Hello Lenny, I am a new collector of cameras and very interested in your camera, how much do you think to ship to a 12550 zip in NY. I'd love to try a view camera, thank you, Bob P.S. please tell me about your collecting adventures.
