Unusual shrub.

I’ve driven past this bush numerous times & admired its structure. Today I had a rush of blood & stopped to take some pics.
The first is the whole thing, second is a little closer, & the third is the bloom close up. There is also a view of the bud, prior to bursting out into full bloom. In fact there are several examples of pre bloom buds, at various stages if you zoom up & surf around.
I think the plant is of the Grevillea family, a native to Australia. They come in quite a variety of shrubs/ flowers.

Looks a lot like a Sugarbush, I saw them in South Africa, I don’t know if they are able to be grown elsewhere, that you can get from a nursery. It’s beautiful, whatever it is..,

My PlantNet app says with 95% surety that it is Red pincushion-protea.

It's a Gravillia. I have one in my front garden

Looks like a ringer for photos of the red pincushion protea.

Leaves wrong for Gravillia. Leukospermum Cordifolium is correct. Google it up.
