Are these shots an ad for scotch? Very nicely done. Thanx
It's not "math", it's "arithmetic"
I'll be sure to take note.
Brilliant, breath-taking, and often unique. Thank you for sharing your work product.
Thank you so much. I am only one year behind, but I'm still on the initial benchwork. Your video will serve as a great inspiration to get track started while we're still stuck in the house.
Excellent photos and amazing color. I enjoyed the historic commentary. Thanx.

I seem to be missing why this is the fault of the merchant and not the fault of our member, Scruples. Apparently the lens was advertised and there were photos available for buyers to see. Is it the responsibility of the seller to inquire as to what camera prospective buyers are using? Isn’t that the responsibility of the buyer to know the lens will not be suitable for their camera. Scruples could have asked before buying and/or he could have looked it up.
Per Scruples himself, he could have taken action to recover his money sooner. With the slow focus problem it sounds as if he did have recourse to get his money back.
Of course I have no problem with Scruples and appreciate his taking the time to alert other members. But his alert seems more to let us know to be careful when buying to insure we are buying what will work for our needs. That is not the responsibility of the seller but of the buyer. Scruples is also alerting us to take action immediately if what we buy is not what we wanted especially when there is a defect with the product.

I have always felt that, in cases like this, the $$$ "lost" is the tuition paid. Unfortunately, the lesson learned is often directly correlated to the money invested in "tuition".
How fun! (oops, where's the "much")
Been there. Done that. Great trip.
That second shot is breathtaking. Thanx.
I read, with interest, each day's Hog postings. I often find that my opinions have already been expressed, often several times, before I get to the point where I would consider responding. With that in mind, I have made few postings. Using a posting count to judge the validity of an equipment posting should perhaps be a yellow flag, not a red flag.
Sorry to have stirred up a hornets' nest. My comment should have been read flatly; no party, no bias, just an understanding that politically colored comments could take up all of our photo blog. I get enough of that on MSNBC and FOX NEWS.
Keep your politics for other forums.
