Toledo Zoo, Pointe Mouillee and Bear River mouth. 2 of the 3 were. I live about 10 miles from Pointe Mouillee, a great place for pics, Its a b i g area, have to bike or walk around Barrier Island there to get the most out of it. Very few people, lots of wildlife.

What a ice picture of the (osprey ?). I was playing golf in Palm Beach and an Osprey let us walk less than 10 yars from it. Really wished I had a camera along instead of my pitching wedge.

Brrrr! Nice shots.
I cheated, stayed in the car for all but the last shot.
Lightroom 4 will be here Wendsday, Thanks
I want to thank every one for there input. I was unaware of of all processes that can be done to a picture, and impressed. The camera is a Nikon D40 with a Nikor 55-300mm lens. This picture was taken in RAW and was processed using ViewNX 2, for contrast and sharpness then converted to JPEG at max resolution. The bands are not visible in RAW but show up when converted to JPEG. The learning curve now is going to be in processing pictures. again Thanks
As long as I have a camera in my hand, I am happy. Today I am happy ! ! !

It was to build a shed, and I ended up with the swamp hut, running water, cable, electric and heat.
I use a Nikon D40 and a nikor 55-300 lens. I use ViewNX 2 for any NEF full picture adjustments, Then convert to JPEG and use PhotoScape for any spot repairs or adjustments. I to take a lot of pictures, 1000+ a week. A lot of trial and error. Every once in awhile I get a good one
A pic from summer, fall and winter
I have pictures I have printed or posted on FB, that I cant find on my computer. I took way to many pictures without a system for organizing them.
