Is anyone else finding the new 7D to be soft? Myself and another photog seem to be having that issue! Love the speed but the result? Not so good! I am here at Conowingo for my last day and would like a few sharp pics! Help! Settings are 2,000 F6 ISO 2000......

I have ordered and expect to get my new 7D Mark2 tomorrow!

But another photographer friend just sent me a note saying some programs won't recognize the mark 2's raw files!
Is this true? What do I do now!

I have been thinking about getting the Canon 70-200 F2.8 lens but not sure which one to get!
I'm into bird photography and I already own the Sigma 150-500.
I use a tripod as I can not hold the heavy lens for too long.
So my question is, if you bought the Canon 70-200 F2.8 which one would you buy? The higher end? Or lesser?
Searcher, you are right. It does take longer to go from LR to CC 2014!
I no longer go from LR to the raw editor either. It now just goes right to CC 2014. I guess that's OK. I just need to make sure I do most of my edits in LR before I go to CC!
Can you explain that more? How do you set your camera to fire only when focus is achieved? I have the Canons, 7D and 5D 3..........
