a medium format camera have sensors ranging from 6cm x 6cm or 6cm x 9cm. a full frame has a sensor of 2.4cm x 3.6cm.
The medium format is by no wats smaller than a full frame.

I'm about to rush out and buy a medium format camera. it puts the full frame to shame and will mahe me one of the greats.

I have been using "Mastering the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark 2 written by Darrell Young and published by rockynook. it is a great book with recommended menu settings after each section.

if you are using a Mac I would look at Aurora HDR 2017 by Macphun.

Before you make a decision I would suggest that you investigate the Olympus OMD1 Mark 2. All the reviews that I have watched and read state that it outperforms any camera on the market at this time.

Thanks for the advice and it seems as if I cannot have subfolders within folders. This is a pity because is would be great to be able to keep similar presets together.

Is it possible to create a preset folder in lightroom and then have a series of subfolders with different presets. Very much in the same way as you can create a folder in collections and the have subfolders within it.

I find Aurora HDR amazing but it will only run on a MAC

in the menu system change from the auto focus setting to manual focus.
