This is a self portrait using window light where do I need to improve

The B&W is defiantly my favorite I like the way you cropped it better but that isn't the reason I like better, I prefer a good B&W to a color photograph most of the time. The only thing that I think would improve it would be larger catch light in the upper right eye. Keep up the good work!

I prefer the color.

Thank you Cheif, I like it both ways but like the B&W a tad bit more.

I haven’t killed any in years but I sympathize with the people who have had damage from them chewing everything. They have chewed up hundreds of dollars of wiring and I have tried several things to keep them away.

I have watched the UH for a long time and I've seen where things get pretty heated when someone wants to kill an animal and that's what I was surprised at. I would have already been killing them if it was my house because chewing on the wires is a fire hassard along with being expensive to fix.

I feed the squirrels all Winter.
They are friends of mine.

I'm surprised more people haven't chastised the direction this thread has gone! Actually haven't killed a squirrel in over 30 years I won't even run one over with my car. I also enjoy watching them in the trees and shooting them with my camera but I've never had one in my attic.

I'm going through old photos that I like and want to share. I am of the opinion that PP is part of the photographic experience also I usually shoot in raw & manual.
In the birdhouse the photo the window has plywood covering it in a full color print it ruins it, in B/W the birdhouse doesn't draw your attention.
The Morgan (I didn't record the model year) it was on board the Liberty of the Seas cruise ship in the concourse the background colors blended in with the car made it hard to see. So a little work in PP and it stands out.

I am impressed! I like the 1st & 3rd with the 3rd taking the prize. The problem with the 2nd one in my opinion is the leading lines the clouds create draw your eyes away from the main subject in the 3rd one the clouds draw your eyes to the subject. Good work!
