This is a self portrait using window light where do I need to improve
I think both are absolutely wonderful, and its a great way to get the look you like. Well done
I like the coloured version since it has greater illumination allowing more forehead and your left side features to be observed.
Key thing in portraits are the eyes, AKA windows of the soul. I like the monochrome quite a bit, but the eyes are better in the color version. Both good shots, in any case! Have tried my own on occasion, yours are better. My avatar, an example of mine.
Excellent job behind and in front of the camera.
Both are extremely well done and good candidates to be printed and then enjoyed by family

Both are fantastic by I like the first one far more. You can see the character marks that your life has created over the years. Those marks are neither good nor bad but they can be happy and sad, each one telling a story of the life you have lived. Just a fantastic self portrait!
both shots look good to me, if I had to choose it would be the mono.
Cheers
