Know the area well I live in Wellington
Spent quite a few hours driving headers like that. But that was many years ago - no cabs so very hot and dusty
Looks just like the way cars were parked in the garage when I used to pick one up for work. Had to pull them out by hand to get into them. Typical govt rental parking!
Had a Yashicamat for years. Loved the prints from it and using slide film was way out there. Some days wish I still had it. Took me back to grassroots photography being totally manual. It got a bit beat up and I put it away only to discover some dreaded fungus on the taking lens. Still sold it for more than I paid for it new!
I used it mainly for b&w and some super slides. Could get super slide mounts to fit a 35m projector. Awesome
I'm from Wellington so we get windy skies here too. Excellent capture
We have a bra fence down in central Otago area. Has been wrecked a time it two but it is still going as far as I know. Story goes that the farmer found a bra lying on the road and hung it on his fence. Then it took off, so to speak.
A 22 may be OK but wouldn't fancy using something larger like an AK
Can shoot fish that way. Use an old 22, open the breech and put it underwater. Wait till the barrel is completely full(very important!) Keep it underwater and load it, select your target and fire. Needs tone underwater all the time. If you don't let the barrel fill completely you maybe minus a face. If it is completely full then the pressure is equalised and its safe. If you leave some air in it and the barrel will likely explode. Not good at all.
People here used to get eels by doing this. Highly frowned upon by the authorities!
Congratulations and Merry Christmas. We are at42 years so a fair way to go to beat you!
Love it. Great old boards and the straggling rose is beaut!
Used to spend hours in the droom. Loved watching photos appear - and then dodging, burning and applying hot raw developer sometimes. Think my record was 350 ten by eights one night and loved doing 20 x 16's. Thems was the days!
Glad I don't live in the USA at the moment with the e******ns. I think Hills may be the best of two not great choices. If Trump gets the nod I am looking for a new planet to move to. It will affect us even in our corner of the world and I think there are better candidates on both sides.
When you open the photos on the card and see them on your computer, hold down the Ctrl key and press A. This key combination will select ALL files (photos) in that folder. ThenCtrl + C to copy and then paste them into a folder on your hard drive Ctrl+V.
BTW we do not "highlight" files, but we "select" them for correct terminology. I have lots of fun with my students when using Word. Highlighting just colours the text but selecting allows you to do something with it. Just being a bit pedantic!
The Ctrl combinations are for a PC - on Mac use the Apple button or whatever it is called now
Cheers
