Some of these get me to laughing. Thank you for sharing. I'm glad the biggest wounds are to one's pride.
When you can stroll through an antique store and it feels more like a stroll down memory lane.
What are some of your weird photo experiences?
I've had 3 that come to mind. It so happens all 3 happened while driving. No, I was not the one taking the pictures. I drive truck for a living which is where the first two happened. My first was I was cruising down the freeway when this car slowly passing in the lane next to me slowed down to pace me. I looked and the guy in the passenger seat was indicating he wanted to take pictures or me diving. They paced me a little more than as they sped back up they waved thanks. My second I was with a different company and pulling double stainless steel tankers fresh from a wash. Again I'm just cruising down the freeway when a topless jeep with 2 guys starts passing me. They get almost to the cab when they slow down and start falling back. I'm thinking, great, someone that's always changing speed. They got back to my back trailer then stated pacing me. Then the passenger reaches back and comes back around with a camera and starts taking pictures of their reflection in my trailer. The third one I'm driving down a 2 lane country road in my bright red F350 4X4 crewcab with running boards. I see down the road a bride and a photographer in the road taking pictures in the opposing lane. I of course slow down so I can safely pass. When I get close they flag me to stop. She starts posing like she's running for the truck, then grabs the back door handle. To help play it up I hit the button to unlock the doors. She opens the door, puts a foot on the running board, and poses for a few more shots. Then she steps up like she's diving into the back seat for a few more pictures. She tells me thanks, I tell her congratulations, she steps out, closes the door, and gets out from in front of the camera. The photographer gets a few more shots of my truck as I drive off. I have absolutely no idea who they were.
I have only one friend, that's my wife. Everybody else I know is an acquaintance through work and we vary rarely talk about anything besides work.
What's really sad is I've talked to a few anti-hunters and you know what they told me? They said it's better for many to die from starvation than to have a few killed by hunters. Why? Because it's done by nature. No sympathy for the anguish the animals suffer just because it's done by nature. I just shook my head walked away.
Now that's funny. I'm a Canon shooter and that's still funny.

I'm just curious, do you ever actually post your own opinion in your own words or are you just an automatron posting links you are sent?
Okay, I decided to give them a go and ordered them last night. Now, where's my marker so I can number them for rotation when they get here?
I shoot whatever catches my eye while doing whatever I'm doing. I just try to have a camera with me at all times. Mostly it's my phone but I prefer my big camera. Except people, they can be so touchy over the smallest thing so I just don't to avoid any hassle.

Very dangerous! If it wasn't worth stopping then it wasn't worth taking.

After they are called " Heroes " they should be reminded they are responsible for a persons death. Give them something to reflect on.
That would be on the coach, not the kids. It was the coach's idea and plan.
