Win 10, LR, Ps, where do I d/l my Topaz, and how. Sometimes I get confused on all this d/l to where and how.

Occ. when viewing photos in the UHH gallery that I find a photo that is so special I save it for later review. Usually it goes into file explorer, where I can view at my liesure and now it goes into PS. It takes so much longer to open this file. What happened and how can I fix it? Also on occasion I find a photo from UHH in LR where I have then delete.
I finally got things sorted out and DL is auto now. Thangs to all
I hate getting old. I spend some time thinking about backing up then remembered to look in settings and low and behold there it was "back up"
I have 3 external drives and I have always done backups, but I cannot find the app on my PC or just turning to an 80 yr old lady I cannot figure this out. I sure appreciate all the help
